Yes, completely free. We come to your home, meet your pet, go over your schedule and needs, and make sure the fit is right — before any commitment is made. A small fee only applies if we're turned away by a gated community or security desk on arrival.
Yes. SaviPets is fully insured and bonded. Every team member undergoes a background check before their first visit. Your home and your pet are protected.
We welcome all animals — dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, reptiles, fish, and more. If you have a less common animal, just ask. We'll be honest about whether we're the right fit.
Every visit is GPS-tracked and logged through the SaviPets app. You can always confirm we showed up, how long we stayed, and that your pet was cared for.
We'll contact you immediately. During your IceBreaker, we collect your preferred vet's contact info and an emergency contact. If we can't reach you, we'll act in your pet's best interest and keep you updated every step of the way.
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for overnight stays during holidays. That said, we do our best to accommodate same-day or next-day requests when availability allows. Reach out and we'll make it work.
Yes — and this is something we feel strongly about. Most pet care services focus almost entirely on dogs. We don't. We offer dedicated care for cats (drop-in visits, feeding, litter, playtime), birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, reptiles, fish, and other small animals. Every animal gets the same attention and care. If you have an unusual animal and aren't sure, just ask — we'll be honest about whether we're the right fit.
